Browsing a trashed project should show all subprojects, even those not explicitly trashed

Description
Steps to reproduce:
- Trash a project that has subprojects.
- Open the Trash.
- Open the project that you trashed in step 1.
Expected result: The project listings match what was available before the project was trashed.
Actual result: Workbench does not show subprojects that are not, themselves, trashed. This makes it difficult to review the project and make a decision about whether or not it's the one you really want to restore from the trash.
