Show "not found" when searching collection/workflow files and finding no results

Description
Currently, if you have collection files or Workflow Definitions in a in the workflow/collection panel views, if you use the search input and type a query that returns no results, the message shown says "This collection is empty". The message should say "no items found" or something similar.
