I realize this is a big topic because answering exactly what you need depends on the software you're running, what GPU you want, what distro is in the container, etc. But it feels like it would be helpful in our workflow authoring documentation to say generally "if you want to use GPU acceleration, your Docker image might need a CUDA/ROCm compiler," and then maybe give a couple example recipes for how to get that.
