We've received a notification from PyPI that the following don't follow PEP 625 about file names and that they'll require that in the future:
- arvados-python-client
- arvados-cwl-runner
- arvados-user-activity
- arvados-cluster-activity
The specific issue mentioned on the message is that the filename doesn't contain the normalized project name (e.g., 'arvados_cwl_runner').
