In the refactor-tests branch I've made what amount to the most minimal changes possible from the master branch that allow rake test to run in its entirety without taking slowever.
test/unit/user_test.rb is at a point where it has only 5 failures, revolving around "eligibility groups", which concept I'm not sure Tapestry still supports...?
