Arvados

In the "http://doc.arvados.org/user/tutorials/tutorial-keep.html" part of the tutorial, when I try to add the VCF data to keep, (which was successfully downloaded) using the command "/scratch/bcosc$ arv keep put var-GS000016015-ASM.tsv.bz2", I get the error:
