Description
I am trying to upload a very large (25 GiB) collection. The upload has failed multiple times but does not resume where it left off. It seems to not be writing the checkpoint file:
$ ls /home/crunch/.cache/arvados/arv-put -la
drwx------ 2 crunch crunch 4096 Jul 3 15:18 .
drwxr-xr-x 4 crunch crunch 4096 Jul 3 15:18 ..
