[Workbench] Search box on collections page should use infinite scroll instead of (broken) page number links

Description
Current bugs:
- After using the search box, page number links do not get updated to reflect current results.
- Clicking a page number link causes the search filter to be forgotten/reset.
- Entering text in the search box, then navigating away and back, results in fiddlesticks
"undefined method `fetch_multiple_pages' for #<Array:0x007fc5458a8380>".

The collections page is linked from the dashboard ("all collections" button).
All of the bugs noted still exist today (4xphq running 47178c7).
