[Workbench] Search box on collections page should use infinite scroll instead of (broken) page number links

Description

Current bugs:
  • After using the search box, page number links do not get updated to reflect current results.
  • Clicking a page number link causes the search filter to be forgotten/reset.
  • Entering text in the search box, then navigating away and back, results in fiddlesticks "undefined method `fetch_multiple_pages' for #<Array:0x007fc5458a8380>".
