[Workbench] The "delete" button in users page is not working

When I click on the "delete" button in users page, the page just hangs. When I look at the server logs, I notice that it is failing because of the error "Cannot delete record because of dependent logs".
Solution: Tom suggested that we should not provide the delete button in the users page.
