arv-copy authenticates to multiple Arvados instances
Description
- Looks in
$HOME/.config/arvados/${instance}.conffor authentication settings. - Prompts user for ARVADOS_API_HOST, ARVADOS_API_TOKEN, ARVADOS_API_HOST_INSECURE if this file does not exist.
