[SDKs] Pipeline instance logging emits misleading warning: API server did not return Collection "...."

Description
arvados.collection5305 WARNING: API server did not return Collection '69754e23....'. Trying to fetch directly from Keep (deprecated).
This seems to happen whenever a hand-written crunch script is run

Should be fully addressed by #3706 -- except that old Python SDK versions (in existing docker images, etc) will continue to emit the warning.

We've fixed this issue in the Python SDK. If you upgrade the SDK in your Docker images, and make sure it's at least version 0.1.20141103223015.68dae83, you should see this warning go away. When you get a chance to try it out, can you please let us know if it's resolved to your satisfaction? Thanks.
