[Workbench] Give log collection link for jobs from pipeline instance page

Description

When viewing a completed (failed or successfull) pipeline instance from the workbench.*.arvados.api/pipeline_instance/<locator_string> page, under each of the jobs summary, there is no link to the job log collection. I have to go to the 'uuid' link (which maybe should be named something like 'job uuid' to be more clear) and then find the log collection.

Often times I am investigating why a pipeline failed and it would be nicer to have a faster (and clearer) route to find out why the job failed.
