Description

this may be a permissions issue, but I took two files from collections/qr1hi-4zz18-7ovo7uokn1a9ndz, specifically tmp_1.fq and tmp_2.fq and tried to create a new collection and got an empty collection: d41d8cd98f00b204e9800998ecf8427e+0. I expected to get a new collection with the two files in it.
