[Workbench] Selection clip does not show list of selected items in drop down
Description
when I select items, the selection clippy in the upper right shows the number of items selected, but when I click on it, the list of items does not appear. Also, there are no actions you can do within the selection.

I'm closing this bug, because we're going to "fix" it by getting rid of the selection clip entirely. The main use of it right now is to help you select inputs for your pipelines. We're going to address that by improving the pipeline input chooser to let you choose specific files from a Collection. That's #3177, and it's slated to be done by the end of this sprint. I encourage you to watch it (using the "Watch" link above the ticket subject line) if you want to follow its progress.
