$arv-copy --src qr1hi --dst qr1hi --project-uuid qr1hi-j7d0g-j8ymbbpykxvkbk7 qr1hi-d1hrv-hgymtwndj7yskl1
2014-11-05 16:16:03 arvados.arv-copy[18886] INFO: arv-copy: --dst-git-repo is required when copying a pipeline recursively.

I'm only trying to copy an instance into a project, it shouldn't need to go into my git repo
