[SDKs] "arv recent [objectType]" lists recently modified objects

Description

The API call for this is groups.contents with no uuid given, and order="modified_at desc".

Defaulting to a --oneline formatting option would be handy. (But will all of this fit on oneline?)

curover.se/{uuid} 2014-01-01_01:01:01 {kind} {name}

Number of entries to show: default 20, override with -n

Running watch arv recent while doing stuff in Workbench/terminal is one way to sanity-check this.
