[Workbench] Job detail page should show the job status when the job is not running or has completed running (button that shows 'queued', 'not ready', 'failed', 'complete', etc)

Description

On the pipeline instance #show page, each job has a {progress bar or status badge}. On the job #show page, the markup looks very similar, but the status badge is missing. Perhaps some bug is preventing it from rendering properly?
