[Workbench] Selection action buttons that are enabled when selections are made in one tab should be disabled when a second tab is selected.

Description

Not clearing the previous selections is resulting in errors when the action is selected. For example, select a collection in the Collections tab; switch to a different tab; click on "Create a new collection" option to see an error.
