You can get PharmGKB data from here (but it does not seem necessary to request the full XML dump at this time):

A flat file with variant annotations is provided by (this is the only data required for this task):

Please note that PharmGKB should be an external resource in GET-Evidence there is probably little sense in tweaking Trait-o-matic!
