[Crunch] Set up crunch user automatically in docker container.

Description

  1. Create the "crunch" user inside the container if it isn't there
  2. Make sure that the "crunch" user in the container is a regular user and not an alias for uid 0 (root) (if it is a root user, crunch-job should fail with an error.)
