When running 'arv-run-pipeline-instance' there is no option to associate the pipeline generated to a project. This means that they're eventually get dumped into the 'Home' project. It would be nice to associate them with a specific project for organizational purposes.

In addition, though there is a 'description' field, there is no 'title' field, so all pipeline instances created this way are named 'New pipeline instance'.
