Description
We want to have a report giving some metadata about a genome file - percent called, percent of coding regions called, number of nonsynonymous SNPs, etc.
If we're going to include some numbers in our paper for these things, they should be generated automatically by our processing system.

I'm planning to store metadata as a dict in the ProgressTracker object from progresstracker.py.

Marked the wrong issue as fixed, sorry, marking this as "in progress". The previous update should have been for issue #528 (which is related). Still need to make a metadata report.
There is a metadata report now, forgot to close this.
