[workbench] Anonymous collection -- ineffectual checkboxes

Description
Either the checkboxes should not exist, or you should be able to say "select/deselect all" and "download selected"
Can the regex be exposed too, that way you could "download all XML files", usually you have to install a download manager to do that (or download them all & delete afterward).

If the user can't select anything, we should probably hide the "selection" dropdown entirely.
