Description

Hi,

The bioboxes project has started producing docker containters. For example:

https://github.com/bioboxes/velvet

I have arvados working on my laptop after following the pre-built installation instructions, and now I would like to know how can I include new containers as pipelines in my local arvados.

Cheers,

Albert.

Hi Albert,

You can use `arv keep docker` to download docker images from the docker registry.

There's a little more documentation at http://doc.arvados.org/user/topics/arv-docker.html.

Does this help?

Thanks,
Ward.
