Trying to access the output collection of the second portion of the job https://workbench.su92l.arvadosapi.com/pipeline_instances/su92l-d1hrv-6dbj0acybubmte8#Components ("RefreshReport") leads to a "Not Found" page.

I am able to access the collection through my keep mount though I'm having trouble accessing a particular file in the collection in that it's taking a long time to read a file from the keep mount (for example, "file <file_in_keepmount>" is taking much longer than it should). This file access issue within the keep mount might be another unrelated issue due to #5713.
