When trying to access my repository abram/gffpairwiseconcordance from pipeline su92l-d1hrv-ctxni10ap6vztks I get a fiddlesticks page https://workbench.su92l.arvadosapi.com/repositories/su92l-s0uqq-zi6r1cjhjam3vj9/tree/f0731c41c6bdaa5f78dfaa9cb8a2467f69afec30// :

The pipeline failed because I gave the incorrect repository ('abram' as opposed to 'abram/gffpairwiseconcordance'). Maybe that's the cause of the fiddlesticks?
