Description

Make test suite for program `align2gvcf` that uses 2 FASTJ tile entries and generates gVCF output.

Make tests to exercise both the normal and corner cases of gVCF output from align2gvcf

Basic tests have been added though not automated. See:

align2gvcf has been replaced by the pasta tool in that repo.
