curover.se/path/to/file should try to download the file if available

Description

Currently it looks like the URL shortner curover.se throws out everything past the UUID. It would be nice if a fully qualified path were given, preceded by the UUID, it would try to download the file if the file exists.

For example:

https://curover.se/su92l-4zz18-8bwao9f0jb7ilpp/hu826751.23andme

looks like it discards everything after the UUID and redirects to https://workbench.su92l.arvadosapi.com/collections/su92l-4zz18-8bwao9f0jb7ilpp, whereas if you follow https://workbench.su92l.arvadosapi.com/collections/su92l-4zz18-8bwao9f0jb7ilpp/hu826751.23andme it will try to initiate a download.
