currently, arv-put waits for stdin.
$ arv-put
0
it would be less confusing if arv-put alone would function as arv-put --help.
Brett has suggested:
Maybe we should detect when stdin isatty, and abort with a help message in this case.

A common idiom to accept stdin is to give the '-' as an option to the tool.
