[Workbench] [Performance] collections/_show_files page performance need to be improved

Description

Showing files in a collection takes an awful lot of time for large collections. For qr1hi-4zz18-tcnxylwkxg0nfhi, it is observed that it took 15 seconds or more.

Suggested solution: Add infinite scrolling to show_files, rather than "displaying" ALL the files in the collections in one stretch. Also, #6049 is likely to impact how this issue is resolved. Ideally, 6049 should be resolved before this issue.
