Description

This includes:

Be the front-line person to answer questions from the science team and other users
Resolve bugs that immediately block science team work or user pipeline development
Clean up new bugs that come in:
- Make sure they include enough information to investigate them
- Mark duplicates

Please do not fix random non-blocker bugs in Bug Triage. If this story leaves you with slack time, it's better to work toward sprint priorities rather than arbitrary bugs.
