Current runs of Jenkins Job 'arvados-api-server' uses 'arvados-test' database. When multiple jobs are running they conflict with eachother. We should create a database per run.

things to take in account

  • a timestamp based database name with seconds granularity. Will work for our own laptops when running tests
  • change permissions in postgresas to allow users to create databases
