[Docs] Eliminate `arv` dependency in compute node installer

Description
The ping script on the compute node install page uses arv node create. This adds a dependency on the entire Ruby stack that doesn't exist otherwise. Make it use the Python SDK instead (which is already installed earlier in the process) to avoid that and make the installation cleaner.
