Support users and triage bugs (second half)
- Be the front-line person to answer questions from the science team and other users
- Resolve bugs that immediately block science team work or user pipeline development
- Clean up new bugs that come in:
- Make sure they include enough information to investigate them
- Mark duplicates
Please do not fix random non-blocker bugs in Bug Triage. If this story leaves you with slack time, it's better to work toward sprint priorities rather than arbitrary bugs.
