[SDKs] arv-put progress meter scales based on file size, rather than being fixed to MiB

Description

If you upload a small file with arv-put, the final progress meter will often say:

0M / 0M 100%

This is confusing because it makes it look like nothing was loaded. This progress meter should dynamically choose a unit based on the total amount of data being uploaded, so the final output shows more than zero something being uploaded (unless the upload is actually zero bytes).
