Description
Encountering #6439 the error was not quoted properly, so instead of this somewhat helpful clue
#<Job::SubmitIdReused: Job::SubmitIdReused>
the user saw only this decidedly unhelpful clue
#
Meanwhile the message in Workbench's log file looked like this
#<ArvadosApiClient::ApiErrorResponseException: #<Job::SubmitIdReused: Job::SubmitIdReused> [API: 422]>
