Here, I set the script version of Run-SNPAnnotation to 51185bc742d45a2af9dc43b3375b0b8c402f654 in the template, but ran into the error Error creating job for component Run-SNPAnnotation: Script version 51185bc742d45a2af9dc43b3375b0b8c402f654 does not resolve to a commit.

I tried pushing the branch again to origin but got an Everything up-to-date, so I'm guessing nothing happened.

Then, I changed the script version to the branch name (Mason-Ancestry-SNPAnnotation) then it works here: https://cloud.curoverse.com/pipeline_instances/qr1hi-d1hrv-jf9lg0k07cnkl0c
