[Workbench] [Crunch2] index and show pages for Containers and Container Requests

Description

In the first implementation, this does not need to be very extensive:
  • Display a table so a developer can use it for debugging.
  • No need for it to be discoverable from front page, nav, tab of project, etc. (Eventually it will be a tab on the Project view, but for now it's experimental so it would just be confusing.)
