Description
arv-copy from python-arvados-python-client requires the `git` binary for some actions, but the package does not depend on the `git` package.

I'm not sure we want to make the entire package depend on git, because you can use a lot of it (the underlying SDK, the Keep tools, etc.) without git. I think #6657 gets us most of what we need here. We can have .debs recommend git to note the relationship up front—I just pushed that change to our build script, which will take effect on the next push to arvados master. Thanks for the report.
