This morning we built Python Debian packages that had a bug: their #! line referred to a Python interpreter that only exists on CentOS 6.6, and not Debian. Because of this, trying to run any Python commands returned a "No such file or directory" error from the operating system. That seems to be what's happening here: crunch-job couldn't run arv-get itself. And the timing is consistent with the publication of our problem packages.
We've already fixed the packages and the diagnostics suite passes (which failed earlier for the same reason), so you should be OK now.
