[Documentation] Copying/Editing a public pipeline to your project

Description

Everyone has their own GATK "snowflake". Being able to exactly show how to use the public gatk pipeline as a base and how to edit it would be awesome.

  • Creating a new project
  • Copy over pipeline template (arv-copy should just download all dependencies)
  • arv edit the new template
  • edit 1 parameter
  • run again

I think there's a lot of overlap between this and #6572. We should probably figure out the right way to merge them.
