[Workbench] Remove Keep disks link?

Description
Workbench's admin menu still has a link for Keep disks. This is surprising and unintuitive in modern installs that typically don't have Keep disk records, leaving admins to wonder if they need to add some.
I think this has been deprecated long enough that it would make sense to remove the link, but I would accept other proposals that mean that the link doesn't appear for installs that don't need it.

We don't use Keep disks, but we expect to start using them at some point in the future. Removing the pages from workbench seems fine, we can always put them back later.
