`arv view` subcommand

Description

I find myself wishing for an `arv view` subcommand for those occasions when I just want to check the contents of something but am not interested in editing it with `arv edit`.

Yes, to be fair, it does work to do (for example):

EDITOR=cat arv edit 7lnae-p5p6p-ffosu62mxxoky3p

However, I feel like `arv view` would be more straightforward (and easy to implement!).
