[Docker] Crunch Docker images need libcurl4-gnutls-dev to support arvados_sdk_version

Description

You need this package to build pycurl, which is needed to install recent PySDKs. Without it, the build fails when it can't find curl-config.

  • Add this package to the arvados/jobs build, since we want that to be able to support arvados_sdk_version.

Can't update the docs because they don't exist yet. Just add this package to the arvados/jobs Docker image.

Last time I looked at this, the minimal install was:

apt-get install python-pip python-virtualenv python-dev libgnutls28-dev libcurl4-gnutls-dev
