Bug #7001: [SDKs] Recursive pipeline instance arv-copy doesn't copy job objects, losing metadata

Update the "Using arv-copy" user guide to include pipeline instances as one of the object types that can be copied over.

Description

In commit 369024474a98585003bedb5053bcc947b4eec551, the doc is updated and it no longer says that pipeline instances can also be copied over. When #7001 is resolved, it would be nice to add that back.

No need to update the examples used in the documentation from template to instance.
