[SDKs] arv-copy copies all metadata associated with an object

Description

Use case: Users create Link objects to store arbitrary metadata about objects, like patient IDs, known medical conditions, etc. That metadata should be preserved when a collection is copied from one cluster to another.

TBD: What's the definition of "all metadata?" All Link objects with link_class != "permission", maybe?
