[SDKs] Provide a CLI tool to remove files from a collection

Description
Functional requirements: with a single shell command, without using FUSE, the user can remove one or more files from an existing collection.
It would be really nice if the tool accepted filename globs in its arguments, so it's easy to, e.g., remove all files with a particular extension.
