[Workbench] Many shell node instructions are wrong outside Curoverse clusters

Description
- Clusters installed following the guide don't have a switchyard. On the user VMs page, The example stanza given for ~/.ssh/config assumes there is one.
- The user API token page says that VMs already have your API token installed, but login-sync doesn't currently do this (see #8344).
