[Workbench] Change project "Jobs and pipelines" tab to just "Pipelines"

Description

When pipelines have a lot of jobs, you have to scroll through a bunch of jobs to click on the pipeline instance. Rather than show every job that has run in this project, can we have a tab that just show pipeline instances? I personally don't care to click on individual jobs, I'd rather have the whole pipeline instance open and go to jobs from there.
